Take a hike on the Gee Point Trail, and there are other places here than Edgar Lake, for example Lake Stilwell. Baker River has a glorious whitewater paddling spot close by, and you can stay the night at Wilderness Village. During the summertime at Edgar Lake temperatures are regularly in the 70's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's with temperatures at Edgar Lake dipping down into the 30's through

Edgar Lake is a reasonably wet place usually with a great deal of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is mostly November, that's the one that rains the most while July is generally the driest month. Edgar Lake is a beautiful lake in the Northern Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful.
