It's always fun to stop by Echo Lake. Echo Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range. For the duration of the summertime at Echo Lake highs are typically in the 70's, and the overnight is somewhat colder of course, ordinarily in the 40's. Highs during the winter are commonly in the 30's while Echo Lake overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 20's. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors entertaining things the Northern Cascade

| | Range has to offer. Good hiking is available along the Greenwater Trail, and Suncadia Resort is a wonderful spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Greenwater River, and don't leave Echo Lake without first going for a hike along the Maggie Creek Trail. along the Cougar Valley Trail. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Echo Lake has to offer, you can camp at Morse Creek Campground. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! The Northern Cascade Range rules!
The view of Arch Rock from Echo Lake is scenic, and the skiing at Snoqualmie is fine. A day on the slopes of Crystal Mountain is just what you need, and there's some flowing water close by, Maggie Creek is a stream you can pop by
during your stay. The high level of rain makes Echo Lake a reasonably wet spot; January is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. There are some splendid whitewater spots on American River; Echo Lake is a great place to camp, Lodgepole Campground is a great place.
