While you're here at Echo Lake, you could also pop by pretty Lost Lake, and get covered with water paddling on Greenwater River. This lake is so wonderful. Suncadia Resort is a splendid location to get some rest, and you can go for a hike on the Cougar Valley Trail. But wait, there's more fun stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range. Paddling on American River is so much fun, and going for a hike on       the Greenwater Trail is always a fine adventure. Echo Lake is a wet location that gets a large amount of rainfall; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. From Echo Lake you obtain a tremendous vista of Arch Rock, and Lodgepole Campground is a good local campground. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range. Echo Lake in fact is in                  the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. The skiing at Snoqualmie is great; close by you locate the Maggie Creek Trail which is a delightful hiking trail. If you need a place to stay Howard Johnson Snoqualmie/Summit is a magnificent choice. This lake is so wonderful. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Crystal Mountain is in the neighborhood of Echo Lake, and you'll locate a pretty lake called Hidden Lake. Morse Creek Campground is a tremendous campground nearby, and it's a glorious idea to go to Maggie Creek. At Echo Lake throughout the warm days of summer highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 40's.
