East Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range. East Lake gets a lot of water; the month with most of the rain is November; July is when it's the driest. There are other spots here than East Lake, for example Coplay Lake. This lake is so wonderful. There is a nice hiking trail in the vicinity of East Lake called the Summit Lake Trail, and Chenuis Falls is a great local attraction. Having a magnificent       time in the Northern Cascade Range is simple. East Lake is a great place to visit for more than one day, Ipsut Creek Campground is a great place to camp nearby, and White River is a nice whitewater spot nearby. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to East Lake. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at East Lake. This lake is                  so wonderful. A good close by hotel is Kings Valu Inn, and do pay a visit to Mount Rainier National Park if you're here at East Lake. Econo Lodge Buckley is a good spot to get some rest; Chenuis Creek is in the neighborhood of East Lake and is always a pleasure to go to. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors cool stuff the Northern Cascade Range has to offer. Going for a hike on the Ipsut Creek Trail is always a good adventure, and a good place for whitewater paddling is Clearwater River - White River Tributary. Bearhead Mountain is picturesque and can be observed from East Lake, and you can stay the night at Cougar Rock Campground. East Lake really is in the middle of a wonderful outdoors paradise.
