You can run the rapids of Soleduck River - North Fork close to Eagle Lakes, and there's some flowing water nearby, Cole Creek is a stream you can visit while here. If you need a place to stay Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort is a wonderful choice; Hurricane Ridge Ski Lodge is a delightful local ski area. Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Fairholme Campground is a splendid place for that, and Eagle Point is close at hand and always delightful to have a look at.
Throughout the summertime at Eagle Lakes highs are typically
in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's; nighttime lows at Eagle Lakes all through the wintertime typically dip into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful.
This lake is so wonderful. During your visit to Eagle Lakes you'll meet some people from Port Angeles for sure; there's glorious hiking along the Aurora Trail.
Man, is there plenty of exciting things to do near Eagle Lakes. Why
not take a refreshing hike along the North Fork Soleduck River Trail, and Soleduck River is a perfect whitewater spot close by.
