     Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Northern Cascade Range. Snowline Condos is a splendid spot to get some rest. There's so much to do here at Duck Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Wildwood Resort is a glorious site for that. So much amusing stuff to do at Duck Pond, so little time. There are some delightful whitewater spots on Nooksack River - South Fork, and if you need a site to stay Glacier Springs Vacation Prop. is a delightful  
   choice. If you come at the right time of year, Skookum Creek offers some glorious whitewater; on a lovely day you get a tremendous view of Blue Mountain from Duck Pond.
So many amusing things in the Northern Cascade Range, just incredible. You could also go to Ferguson Ponds since you're here at Duck Pond; it's close by. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Duck Pond has to offer, you can camp at Riverview Park. During the months of summer highs
 
               here at Duck Pond get into the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Duck Pond are in the 30's. Lake Chelan National Recreation Area is a pleasant local destination here at Duck Pond, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Mt.Baker.
This lake is so wonderful. There are plenty of folks from Mount Vernon-Anacortes here at Duck Pond; a quick tour to Christie Creek is beyond doubt a great idea. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Lonesome Pond is next to Duck Pond. Duck Pond is a rather wet place mostly with lots of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is November, and the driest month is July.
