Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in the Northern Cascade Range. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Park Plaza, and Goose Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Duck Lake. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and all through the dark hours in the       wintertime at Duck Lake temperatures dip to the 30's. So much enjoyable stuff in the Northern Cascade Range, just mind-blowing. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Tilton River - North Fork, and why not camp at Tilton River Mobile Home Park since you're here at Duck Lake. Yeah, come here to Duck Lake for a brilliant time. The Fawn Lake Trail is a good hiking trail next                  to Duck Lake; there is a tremendous hiking trail nearby called the Coldwater Trail. Little Nisqually River is a wonderful whitewater spot close to Duck Lake, and a lake close by is Petite Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range. Fly Creek is a stream that you may stumble upon during your stay, and camping is available at Indian Hole Campground.
