If you are in Mason county it's always a good idea to stop by Dry Bed Lakes. The Olympic Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Lake Nahwatzel Resort is a wonderful campground here. During the summer highs here at Dry Bed Lakes reach the 70's; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are generally in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Dry Bed Lakes.

| | problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Baker Creek, and Dry Bed Lakes is a glorious spot to camp, Brown Creek Campground is a glorious spot. Dry Bed Lakes commonly gets much precipitation; December is when you get the most rain here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful.
