Don Lake is a lake worth visiting. This lake is so wonderful. A lake nearby is Aldrich Lake, and if you need a place to stay Alderbrook Resort And Spa is a great choice. Man, is there a heap of amusing stuff to do in the Olympic Mountains. Why not camp at Robin Hood Cottages since you're here at Don Lake. Don Lake gets a good deal of water; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and July is when it's the driest.

If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Don Lake. In case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Jefferson Creek; Super 8 Motel - Shelton is a brilliant place to get some rest. This lake is one of the great places here in the Olympic Mountains. Why not pop by Dewatto Bay also if you're here, and you can go for a hike on the Mount Jupiter
Trail. During the warmest time of the year at Don Lake highs are mostly in the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Don Lake temperatures dip to the 30's.
