Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Lake Dilly. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 40's. Through the wintertime the highs are generally in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Lake Dilly dip into the 30's. Amanda Park Motel & Rv Park is a glorious site to get some rest, and there are some brilliant whitewater spots on Sam's River. Having a brilliant       time in the Olympic Mountains is trouble-free. There is a tremendous hiking trail near Lake Dilly called the Hoh River Trail, and if you need a location to stay Lake Quinault Inn is a tremendous choice. Lake Dilly is a wet place that gets a lot of rainfall; November is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at July Creek Campground is always a great experience, and going for a hike on                  the Canyon Creek Hoh Trail is always a pleasant adventure. Camping is available at Gatton Creek Campground, and there are good places to discover along the Mink Lake Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Olympic Mountains. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! Lake Dilly is unbeatable!
