What a nice lake Lake Dilly is. Tshletshy River is a tremendous whitewater spot near Lake Dilly, and a great nearby hotel is Lake Quinault Lodge. This is no spot for people who don’t like to have a good time. Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort is a magnificent site to get some rest, and the Mink Lake Trail offers hiking at its best. The Olympic Mountains scenery is always beautiful.
And that's not all the things you can do here in the Olympic Mountains. There's fine

hiking along the Canyon Creek Hoh Trail. A lot of rainfall falls at Lake Dilly; through November this area sees the most rain while July is regularly the driest month. Throughout the months of summer highs here at Lake Dilly get into the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. Highs during the winter are mostly in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Lake Dilly are in the 30's.
This lake is so wonderful. Looking

for something close to Lake Dilly? Round Lake is close by; July Creek Campground is a great campground nearby. You could also stop at Lake Quinault while you're here at Lake Dilly; it's nearby, and great hiking is available along the Hoh River Trail. So much amusing stuff in the Olympic Mountains, just amazing. Stay the night at Quinault River Inn; in case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Sam's River.
