If you like lakes and you're in this part of Washington you can check out Delanty Lake. This location is so good, just explore all the enjoyable things to do next to Delanty Lake. There is a tremendous hiking trail right next door to Delanty Lake called the Deadfall Trail, and nearby you discover the Mount Zion Trail which is a glorious hiking trail. A wonderful nearby hotel is Aladdin Inn Port Townsend; lakes are such peaceful locations, why not stop by Moon

| | Lake. These mountains rock, just look at all the enjoyable stuff to do in the Olympic Mountains. Going for a hike on the Bear Mountain Trail is always a great adventure. The Olympic Mountains scenery is always beautiful. If you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Big Quilcene River, and City Lakes Dam is not far at all from Delanty Lake. Mountains. Stay the night at Discovery Bay Camp-peniel's; Big Quilcene River is a tremendous whitewater spot nearby. At Delanty Lake you don’t see much precipitation; December is when you get the most rain here, and July is the
month with the least moisture. Throughout the months of summer at Delanty Lake temperatures are frequently in the 60's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 50's. Through the winter the highs are mostly in the 40's with temperatures
at Delanty Lake dipping down into the 30's throughout winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Inn At Port Hadlock is a great choice. There's so much to do here at Delanty Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Leland Lake Campground is a good place for that.
