| | away. Deer Lake is not far at all from Port Angeles, and a great place to camp here at Deer Lake is Soleduck Campground. Just can't get enough of the Olympic Mountains. If you need a place to stay Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort is a brilliant choice, obviously you could also have a look at Bogachiel Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. Ridge Ski Lodge are so inviting nobody can resist, and don't forget to take a delightful little journey to Canyon Creek. Throughout the months of summer here at Deer Lake, high temperatures regularly reach the 70's. Once the sun
is down it falls down to the 40's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Deer Lake sink into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. There are pleasant
spots to explore along the Lovers Lane; if you come at the right time of year, Soleduck River - North Fork offers some great whitewater. All the water falling down from the sky makes Deer Lake a wet spot; during November this
area sees the most rain, and the driest month is July. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Sol Duc Falls, and going for a hike on the Deer Lake Trail is always a pleasant adventure.
