This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Deception Falls Campground since you're here at Deception Lakes, and don't leave Deception Lakes without first going for a hike along the Davis Peak Lookout Trail. Very pretty scenery and good skiing is what you get at Stephens Pass, and if you're here why not pop by Deception       Pass. A great deal of precipitation falls at Deception Lakes; the month with most of the snow is January, and the driest of the months is July. Just can't get enough of Deception Lakes. There are splendid spots to discover along the Lake Michael Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Tye River offers some brilliant whitewater. For the duration of the summertime at Deception Lakes temperatures are frequently in the 60's. For the duration of the                  moonlight hours it's commonly in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Deception Lakes dip into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. A good nearby hotel is Howard Johnson Snoqualmie/Summit, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Deception Creek. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Northern Cascade Range. Do stop by Glacier Lake close to Deception Lakes, it's a delightful lake; do visit Square Lake Dam since you're here. Deception Lakes is located in the Northern Cascade Range. Just can't get enough of the Northern Cascade Range.
