Near Dead Horse Lake you come across the Bluff Lake Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail, and you can hit the slopes at Echo Valley in the neighborhood. What a spot this is for outdoors folks. There's whitewater on Twisp River for all you adrenaline people, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Loup Loup Ski Bowl. If you feel like a little side visit, try Elbow Canyon; you can run the rapids of Chewuch River. So much cool stuff

local campground. Dead Horse Lake is a location that is rather dry commonly; all through the month of December you get the most snow around here, and the driest month is July. Dead Horse Lake is located in the Northern Cascade
Range. Dead Horse Lake really is in the middle of a lovely outdoors paradise. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Pearrygin Trail is always a perfect adventure, and why not check out Peters Reservoir Number Two Dam
if you're here. If you're a golfer then a magnificent close by course is Bear Creek Golf Course, and dry warm beds await you at Sun Mountain Lodge. Summer at Dead Horse Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Throughout
the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with temperatures at Dead Horse Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. This place, the Northern Cascade Range, has so much outdoors
cool stuff. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to nearby Peters Puddles, and Americas Best Value Inn-Winthrop is a great spot to get some rest.
