The warmest time of the year at Davis Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Davis Lake are in the 10's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Davis Lake gets very little rain; December is when you get the most snow here, and July meanwhile is       the driest month. Lakes are such serene places, why not visit Baker Lake next to Davis Lake; the scenery at Davis Lake Dam is lovely. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Davis Lake has to offer, you can camp at South Skookum Lake Campground, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; 49 Degrees North is reasonably near. Deer Creek is in the vicinity of Davis Lake and is always a pleasure to explore; Mt. Spokane is a great local ski area.                  This lake is so wonderful. A trip to Deer Valley is always fun.
