Excelsior Pass is a great place to check out close by, and Damfino Lakes is not the only site nearby, Lake Tyee is a nearby lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range. A lake nearby is Blue Lake, and as expected, everyone loves Rockport State Park. This lake is so wonderful. At Damfino Lakes you can see Cowap Peak, and     you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Mt.Baker while you're here. The 4-mile-from-beginning-to-end Mt. Baker Wilderness to Nooksack Falls sector is a grade V sector of whitewater on Nooksack River - North Fork.   Where is Blaine Reservoir, and can you catch them this big?!
