Sheepherder Lake is a good lake close to Crow Lake, and hey, Gotta ski right? Crystal Mountain is a great place to do that. Why not camp at Pleasant Valley Campground if you're here at Crow Lake, and there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Maggie Creek Trail. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range. Crow Lake is a relatively wet place typically with a great deal of rain; the       month with most of the rain is January, and July is the month with the least moisture. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining things in the Northern Cascade Range. There are other places here than Crow Lake, for example Crow Creek Lake; on a perfect day you can take a hike along the Crow Lake Trail. So many amusing things in the neighborhood of Crow Lake, just tremendous. There are some great whitewater spots on American River,                  and if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Cougar Valley Trail. If you go for the outdoors you'll go for it here in the Northern Cascade Range. What would winter be without some skiing at White Pass. Through the days of summer highs here at Crow Lake get into the 70's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Highs through the wintertime are generally in the 30's; nighttime lows at Crow Lake during the wintertime commonly plunge into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful.
