Cranberry Lake is pretty dried up ordinarily; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain while July is frequently the driest month. Just can't get enough of Cranberry Lake. Auld Holland Inn is a glorious spot to get some rest, and Cranberry Lake is not the only place close by, Dry Lake is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Camaloch       Golf Course; you'll perhaps meet some folks from Oak Harbor here. Why not stop at Elger Bay also while you're here, and why not camp at Mutiny Bay Resort since you're here at Cranberry Lake. After a long day outdoors Candlewood Suites OAK HARBOR is a delightful place to spend a night or two; if you came for an overnight stay Island County Fair Assn is a magnificent site to camp. During the summer at Cranberry Lake highs are commonly in the 70's. Once the sun                  is down it dips down to the 50's.
