La Quinta Inn Ritzville is a fine place to get some rest, and do go to Hallin Lake, it's a charming lake. During the warm days of summer at Cow Lake highs are regularly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Cow Lake. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Cow Lake       has to offer, you can camp at Four Seasons Campground; paddling on Palouse River is so much fun. Cow Lake is a location that is pretty arid ordinarily; most of the snow falls during December while July is mostly the driest month. There's so much to do here at Cow Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Best Inn is a good site for that.
