A visit to Council Lake is always a good idea. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Northern Cascade Range. There's some flowing water close by, Boulder Creek is a stream you can go to during your stay, and Council Lake Campground is a glorious campground nearby. For the duration of the warmest time of the year here at Council Lake, high temperatures generally get into the 70's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into

| | the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's, and nighttime lows through the wintertime for Council Lake tend to be in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. What would winter be without some skiing at White Pass, and Council Lake is right by the Divide Camp Trail.

Green Mountain Lake; Cispus River is a pleasant whitewater spot close by. Stay the night at Olallie Lake Campground, and hiking along the Highline Trail is magnificent fun.
Council Lake is not the only place nearby, Horseshoe
Lake is a nearby lake; if you want to visit some exciting stuff, visit Council Bluff. Council Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. Council Lake ordinarily gets a large amount of rain; December is the month
that gets the most snow while July is ordinarily the driest month.
Yep, outdoors cool things to do are really abundant here at Council Lake. You can run the rapids of Lewis River - North Fork next to Council Lake; why not take a refreshing hike along the Table Mountain Trail.
