     Coplay Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. Throughout the long summer days highs here at Coplay Lake get into the 70's while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are frequently in the 40's while Coplay Lake night low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 30's. Coplay Lake gets much water; the month with most of the rain is November while July is typically the driest month.
Go for
 
   a hike on the Summit Lake Trail; not far from Coplay Lake you'll come across Summit Lake which is a picturesque lake. So many cool things to do in the Northern Cascade Range, not sufficient time. Don't leave Coplay Lake without first going for a hike along the Clearwater Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, White River offers some great whitewater. Mount Rainier National Park is a great place near Coplay Lake. Lakes are glorious; East Lake is a lake  
               that's near Coplay Lake.
This spot, the Northern Cascade Range, has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. There's so much to do here at Coplay Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Cougar Rock Campground is a splendid location for that, and drift down the rapids of Clearwater River - White River Tributary in a kayak. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Coplay Lake has to offer, you can camp at Ipsut Creek Campground, and a delightful nearby hotel is Econo Lodge Buckley. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Chenuis Falls.
This lake is so wonderful. Chenuis Creek is a fine place to stop at; the vista of Bearhead Mountain is striking. Coplay Lake in fact is in the middle of a stunning outdoors paradise. There's brilliant hiking along the Ipsut Creek Trail, and if you need a place to stay Kings Valu Inn is a good choice.

July 19, 2008-- We hiked up to Mt. Beljica this date. I would not recommend it just yet because of the unusually heavy snowfall last winter, unless you're very familiar with the trail. The entire trail is still snow covered from Lake Christine on up to the top of Mt. Beljica. We lost the trail, and then found it again.... that was a bit unnerving....
