If you are in this part of Washington make sure to pay a visit to Cooks Lake. Cooks Mountain is delightful and can be made out from Cooks Lake. There's so much to do here at Cooks Lake that you need to camp here for a while, South Skookum Lake Campground is a brilliant spot for that. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp North Skookum Campground is a good place to do that, and there are brilliant locations to discover along the Hanna Flast Nature Trail.

temperatures are regularly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Cooks Lake are in the 10's.
