Lake Connie is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Olympic Mountains. A striking lake like Discovery Lake next to Lake Connie is a great site to go to, and perfect skiing awaits you at Hurricane Ridge Ski Lodge. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Quinault River - North Fork, and the Skyline Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. This lake is one of

This lake is so wonderful. There is a nice hiking trail next to Lake Connie called the Elwha River Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Wynoochee Falls Campground is a glorious site to camp. Lake Connie really is in the middle of a charming outdoors paradise. There are some great whitewater spots on Quinault River, and dry warm beds await you at Lake Quinault Lodge. a rather wet location; December is when you get the most rain here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
At Lake Connie all through the warm months highs are in the 70's. Through the dark hours of summer
temperatures fall down into the 40's. All through the winter highs are typically in the 40's; through the dark hours in the winter at Lake Connie temperatures sink to the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Long
Ridge Trail is always a brilliant adventure, and why not camp at Graves Creek Campground while you're here at Lake Connie.
Just can't get enough of the Olympic Mountains. Do have a look at Klone Lakes in the neighborhood of Lake Connie, it's a charming lake, and you can see Mount Hoquiam from Lake Connie.
