This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Cascade Range. Just can't get enough of the Northern Cascade Range. Best Western Sky Valley Inn, Monroe is a magnificent place to get some rest, and in case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Pilchuck River. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Lake Cochran that you need to camp here for a while,       Lake Connor Park is a fine place for that, and playing golf is lots of fun at Blue Boy West Golf Course. For the duration of the days of summer at Lake Cochran highs are usually in the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Lake Cochran descend into the 30's. And if that's not sufficient, there's a heap more to do close to Lake                  Cochran. A large amount of rainfall falls at Lake Cochran; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain; the driest of the months is July. If you need a spot to stay Monroe Motel is a good choice. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lake Cochran has to offer, you can camp at Lake Bronson Assoc Nudist Park.
