     Washington has many beautiful lakes and Coal Lake is one of them. Much rainfall falls at Coal Lake; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a nice time here at Coal Lake. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Stephens Pass is in close proximity to Coal Lake, and hiking along the Meadow Mountain Trail is delightful fun. Be careful coming to the Northern  
   Cascade Range, you might not ever wanna go home again. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Coal Lake has to offer, you can camp at Perry Creek Campground, and going for a hike along the Camp Creek Ridge Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity.
Summertime highs at Coal Lake regularly tend to be in the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs
 
               in the 40's; throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Coal Lake temperatures sink to the 30's. There's whitewater on Clear Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and do take a hike on the Lost Creek Ridge Trail. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Coal Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Deer Creek Campground is a great site for that; do have a look at North Lake, it's a beautiful lake.
This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range. That right there is lots of amusing things already but it goes on, the Northern Cascade Range has it all. You'll discover a stunning lake called Pass Lake near Coal Lake. Take a side spree to Beaver Creek, and there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Sauk River.

Stevens has a wide diversity of trails and runs that suits every riding style. From beginner to expert and for those terrain park junkies Stevens has you covered. I think what's special about Stevens is you can find your own little part of the mountain which is all yours, I have 4-5 little runs that cross between trails and off-piste that are all mine. Also the snow is crazy good, powder almost all the time. My favorite runs are Orion, some tree skiing near wall street, and right above the power lines. Stevens also has some pretty sweet out of bounds stuff to so check it out...
