Beautiful Chikamin Lake has much to offer visitors. Chikamin Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. Take a hike on the Cooper Pass Trail, and if you feel like a little side visit, try Alta Pass. Chikamin Lake is a wet site that gets much precipitation; the month of January is the wettest with most of the rain; July meanwhile is the driest month.

Chikamin Lake is a brilliant site to camp, Kachess Campground is a brilliant site; one of the governing highlights of the surroundings of Chikamin Lake is Chikamin Peak.
At Chikamin Lake through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Highs all through the winter are generally in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Chikamin Lake are
in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Very scenic scenery and glorious skiing is what you get at Alpental.
