Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's while Chikamin Lake nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 30's. A tremendous site to have a look at near Chikamin Lake is Alta Pass, and going for a hike on the Cooper Pass Trail is always a glorious adventure. Chikamin Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range.       This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Snoqualmie River - Middle Fork is so much fun, and you can go for a hike on the Middle Fork Trail. Chikamin Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; January is when you get the most rain here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Alpental if you're here, and there are tremendous spots to discover along the Escondido Trail. This lake                  is so wonderful. What would winter be without some skiing at Snoqualmie, and on a wonderful day you obtain a brilliant view of Chikamin Peak from Chikamin Lake. So much exciting stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range, not enough time. Lakes are pleasant; Glacier Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Chikamin Lake; after a long day outdoors Howard Johnson Snoqualmie/Summit is a splendid location to spend a night or two. Man, is there lots of entertaining things to do in the vicinity of Chikamin Lake. You're in all probability hooked on lakes, Iceberg Lake is one of those nearby, and drift down the rapids of Box Canyon Creek in a kayak. There's so much to do here at Chikamin Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Commonwealth Campground is a wonderful place for that. This place, the Northern Cascade Range, has so much outdoors exciting things.
