Stay the night at River Campground, and Dosewallips River has a glorious whitewater paddling spot close by. Man, is there a load of cool things to do in the Olympic Mountains. Looking for some flowing water? Try West Branch Home Creek; paddling on Dosewallips River is so much fun. All through the warm months here at Charlia Lakes, high temperatures mostly reach the 60's. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 50's. The winter brings       highs down to the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Charlia Lakes. If you love the outdoors, you'll like Charlia Lakes. At Charlia Lakes you can spot Buckhorn Mountain, and a glorious nearby hotel is Quality Inn & Suites Sequim. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Juan De Fuca Cottages is a brilliant choice, and Charlia Lakes is a good place to visit for more than one day, Dosewallips Campground is a good place to camp nearby.                  So much entertaining stuff to do here in the Olympic Mountains, too glorious to be true.
