Do stop by Chapman Lake while you're in this part of Washington. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites CHENEY-UNIVERSITY AREA is a brilliant place to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Chapman Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Williams Lake Resort is a glorious site for that. Chapman Lake is pretty waterless frequently; December is the month that gets the most snow while July is ordinarily the driest month.

| | This lake is so wonderful. This is a fine vicinity for people who like lakes. Bonnie Lake is a lake in the neighborhood, and a magnificent close by hotel is Willow Springs Motel near EWU. There's whitewater on Hangman Creek for all you adrenaline junkies, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at nearby Thirty Acre Lake. So much cool stuff near Chapman Lake, just tremendous. Take a little visit to Sanders Creek if you're here at Chapman Lake, and you can run the rapids of
Spokane River. During the warm months, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Chapman Lake. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are typically in the 30's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Chapman Lake.
