Chamberlain Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range. Lots of folks from City of The Dalles come to Chamberlain Lake. Through the summertime at Chamberlain Lake highs are generally       in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Chamberlain Lake temperatures sink to the 20's. Rowena Creek flows through this vicinity, and wonderful hiking is available along the Fifteenmile Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The Bottle Prairie Trail offers hiking at its best, and dry warm beds await you at Cousins Country Inn.                  Near Chamberlain Lake you stumble on Rowena Dell which is a good place to pop by; you'll come across a gorgeous lake called McClure Lake. The yearly rain here at Chamberlain Lake is about average; December is the wettest month with most snow while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. So much fun stuff to do here in the Northern Cascade Range, too great to be true. Don't leave Chamberlain Lake without first checking out Rowena Crest, and camping is available at Memaloose State Park. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Columbia River Gorge Camping is a glorious site to camp, and there's good hiking along the Cedar Creek Trail. Man, is there lots of enjoyable things to do in the Northern Cascade Range.
