A magnificent site for whitewater paddling close to Chair Peak Lake is Dingford Creek, and what would a site like Chair Peak Lake be without exciting nearby traits like The       Tooth. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Chair Peak Lake. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Chair Peak Lake. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Chair Peak Lake has to offer, you can camp at West Fork Campground, and going for a hike along the Middle Fork Trail will let you absorb the natural                  beauty of this neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful. North Bend Ranger District is a great local forest; hiking along the Pratt Lake Trail is great fun. And if that's not enough, there's a heap more to do near Chair Peak Lake. You can run the rapids of Snoqualmie River - Middle Fork right next door to Chair Peak Lake; you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Snoqualmie since you're here.
