    Why not stop by Chain Lakes if you're passing through these parts. A large amount of rainfall falls at Chain Lakes; the wettest month of the year is frequently December, that's the one that rains the most; July is the month with the least moisture. Chain Lakes is located in the Northern Cascade Range. For the period of the summertime at Chain Lakes highs are generally in the 70's, and the night is slightly cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's. The winter  
   brings highs down to the 40's with temperatures at Chain Lakes dipping down into the 30's during winter nights.
This lake is so wonderful. Take a side journey to Cub Creek, and camping at Lake Connor Park is always a tremendous experience. If you fancy the outdoors you'll fancy it here in the Northern Cascade Range. A wonderful vista of picturesque Blue Mountain is available from Chain Lakes. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool
 
               stuff in the Northern Cascade Range. Soar down the rapids of Canyon Creek South Fork Stillaguamish Tributary in a kayak, and Quality Inn Arlington is a glorious place to get some rest.
If you need a site to stay Adeline Inn On The River is a delightful choice, and don't leave Chain Lakes without first going for a hike along the Gee Point Trail. Man, is there a lot of cool things to do close to Chain Lakes. You could also pop by La Barge Lake since you're here at Chain Lakes; it's nearby; if you come at the right time of year, Stillaguamish River - South Fork offers some great whitewater. Good hiking is available along the Finney Peak Trail, and camping is available at Turlo Campground.
