Be careful coming to Cement Lake, you might not ever want to return home again. Alpental is a very popular ski area around here, and Cement Lake is a great site to camp, West Fork Campground is a great site. Cement Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Cement Lake. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. For the period of the winter highs       are in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Cement Lake. This lake is so wonderful. The summit of Crosby Mountain can be made out from Cement Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Skyriver Inn. The high level of rain makes Cement Lake a pretty wet spot; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Cement Lake; Middle Fork Trail is a                  perfect local trail, and getting to Goat Creek from Cement Lake is trouble-free. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors amusing things the Northern Cascade Range has to offer. Get soaked paddling on Money Creek, and you can hit the slopes at Stephens Pass in close proximity. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! The Northern Cascade Range is so good! Stay the night at San Juan Campground, and if you need a place to stay Cascadia Inn is a fine choice. This lake is so wonderful. Soar down the rapids of Skykomish River - South Fork in a kayak, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Mount Defiance Trail. You'll come across a pretty lake called Boner Lake near Cement Lake, and Goat Basin is a brilliant location to check out.
