Many people like to go to Cedar Street Reservoir. So many cool things in the Olympic Mountains, just striking. A round of golf at nearby Elks Lodge-Kelso-Longview Golf Course is a glorious way to kill some time, and you can stay the night at Oaks Trailer and RV Park. This lake is so wonderful. Rodeway Inn Longview is a good spot to get some rest, and a day at Dibblees Beach is time well spent. A great site for whitewater paddling next to Cedar Street Reservoir

This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. In case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Olequa Creek; Cedar Street Reservoir is a splendid place to camp, Deluxe Trailer Court is a splendid place. Cedar Street Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Olympic Mountains. Why not visit Cedar Street Reservoir Dam if you're here, and possibly you're looking
for nearby lakes? Sure, Lake Sacajawea is just a very short distance away. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Olympic Mountains. Beaches are fine; and Red Mill Beach close to Cedar Street Reservoir is no exception,
and there are plenty of folks from Longview-Kelso here.
For the duration of the days of summer, highs usually are in the 70's at Cedar Street Reservoir. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. Through the winter
highs are in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Cedar Street Reservoir throughout the winter regularly drop into the 30's. All the water falling down from the sky makes Cedar Street Reservoir a wet spot; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
