     Catfish Lake is a nice lake to visit. Take a side tour to Sherwood Creek. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Catfish Lake has to offer, you can camp at Snooze Junction RV Park. Coon Lake is a perfect lake right next door to Catfish Lake, and if you're visiting from Bremerton-Silverdale, you won't be the only one. Yep, outdoors cool things to do are truly abundant here at Catfish Lake. There is a brilliant hiking trail next to Catfish Lake called  
   the Mount Jupiter Trail, and if you need a spot to stay August Inn is a tremendous choice.
This lake is so wonderful. Throughout the summertime highs here at Catfish Lake get into the 70's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's while Catfish Lake night low temperatures through the winter are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year,
 
               Dosewallips River offers some nice whitewater, and dry warm beds await you at Belfair Motel.
The scenery at Lake Anderson Dam in close proximity to Catfish Lake is wonderful; don't forget to go to North Bay while you're here. Catfish Lake is a reasonably wet place mostly with a large amount of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is commonly December, that's the one that rains the most while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Duckabush River; Catfish Lake is a glorious place to camp, Allyn View R V and Mobile Home Park is a glorious place.
