    Do stop by Cat Lake while you're in this part of Washington. Cat Lake is a beautiful lake in the Olympic Mountains. Cat Lake is pretty dry regularly; December is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. So many enjoyable things to do here in the Olympic Mountains, too great to be true. Go for a hike on the Mount Zion Trail, and if you need a place to stay Econo Lodge Sequim is a good choice.
You must
 
   visit Rocky Point when you're here at Cat Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Plaza Sequim Inn. All year is a brilliant time in the Olympic Mountains if you have a thing about the outdoors. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Bear Mountain Trail is always a fine adventure, and if you came for an overnight stay Diamond Point RV Park is a great place to camp.
Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a brilliant time here at Cat Lake.
 
               There's whitewater on Dungeness River for all you thrill seekers, and get your heart pumping on the brilliant whitewater of Dungeness River. All through the summertime at Cat Lake temperatures are regularly in the 60's with night lows in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Cat Lake temperatures dip to the 30's. Don't leave Cat Lake without first going for a hike along the Deadfall Trail, and camping at Cat Lake is brilliant fun, William and Lorraine Sulzbach is a brilliant local campground.
