     A short spree to Coyote Spring is always worthwhile, and Sun Lakes Park Resort is a wonderful campground nearby. The warmest time of the year at Castle Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while Castle Lake night low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 20's. Castle Lake is not far at all from Moses Lake, and an exciting  
   thing to explore near Castle Lake is Dry Falls Dam. You could also take a look at Coulee Lake if you're here at Castle Lake; it's close by, and Sun Lakes Golf Course is a golf course close by.
Castle Lake is typically a quite dry spot; through the month of December you get the most snow around here; the driest of the months is August. Dry warm beds await you at AmeriStay Inn & Suites. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Banks Lake is in the
 
               vicinity of Castle Lake, and the view of beautiful Table Rock is splendid.
