    It's always fun to stop by Caskey Lake. Caskey Lake is a pretty wet place generally with lots of precipitation; November is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. Summertime highs at Caskey Lake frequently tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are typically in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Caskey Lake throughout the winter commonly dip into the 30's. These  
   mountains rock, just look at all the entertaining stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range.
This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Caskey Lake is delightful fun, Clark's Skagit River Resort is a delightful local campground, and nearby you hit upon the Finney Peak Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. Looking for something close to Caskey Lake? Hilt Lake is in close proximity, and get dripping wet paddling
 
               on Sauk River. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful.
If you need a place to stay Stagecoach Inn is a good choice, and going for a hike on the Gee Point Trail is always a splendid adventure. Some nearby water includes Flume Creek, and Texas Pond Dam is a place that is close to Caskey Lake. If you want a good time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Northern Cascade Range. Wilderness Village is a tremendous campground here; a fine nearby hotel is Totem Trail Motel.
