Be careful coming to the Northern Cascade Range, you might not ever want to return back home again. There's so much to do here at Lake Caroline that you need to camp here for a while, Trout Lake Campground is a delightful place for that, and a brilliant view of delightful       Cashmere Mountain is available. Summertime at Lake Caroline arrives with high temperatures in the 60's, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's while Lake Caroline night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. Lake Caroline is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful. Windy Pass is a good place to have a look at next to Lake Caroline;                  after a long day outdoors Best Western Icicle Inn is a perfect place to spend a night or two. And if that's not enough, there's a lot more to do in the neighborhood of Lake Caroline. The Icicle Trail is a great hiking trail near Lake Caroline; a perfect spot for whitewater paddling is Icicle Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Do pop by Eightmile Lake close to Lake Caroline, it's a gorgeous lake, and if you need a site to stay Quality Inn & Suites is a splendid choice. A pretty lake like Little Caroline Lake close to Lake Caroline is a good location to stop at. Get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater of Icicle Creek, and Eightmile Lake Outlet Dam has splendid water scenery. That right there is a load of exciting stuff already but it goes on, the Northern Cascade Range has it all. There is a great hiking trail near Lake Caroline called the County Line Trail, and you can stay the night at Eightmile Lake Campground.
