    If you are traveling by, why not stop by Carlson Pond. While you're here at Carlson Pond, you could also explore striking Bosworth Lake; camping at Carlson Pond is tremendous fun, Lake Connor Park is a tremendous local campground. Carlson Pond gets lots of water; the wettest month of the year is typically December, that's the one that rains the most while July is mostly the driest month. Just can't get enough of the Northern Cascade Range. Take a little journey  
   to Coon Creek if you're here at Carlson Pond, and a fine location for whitewater paddling is Canyon Creek South Fork Stillaguamish Tributary.
Best Western Sky Valley Inn, Monroe is a great place to get some rest, and Stillaguamish River - South Fork is a glorious whitewater spot nearby. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting things the area near Carlson Pond has to offer. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Monroe.
 
               Carlson Pond is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range.
Throughout the summer here at Carlson Pond, high temperatures regularly reach the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Carlson Pond temperatures fall to the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Carlson Pond is a good place to camp, Snohomish RV and Mobile Home Park is a good place, and Sweet Dam is an exciting thing to check out.
