Carlisle Lakes gets a lot of water; all through the month of December you get the most rain around here;       July is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Salmon River is so much fun, and if you've had enough of Carlisle Lakes, Campbell Slough is nearby. The Olympic Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Dry warm beds await you at Judith Ann Inn, and camping at Driftwood Acres Ocean Campgrnd is always a wonderful experience. For the duration of the long summer days highs here at Carlisle Lakes get into the 70's while night lows are frequently                  in the 40's.
