Carlisle Lake is a beautiful lake in the Northern Cascade Range. Just can't get enough of the Northern Cascade Range. There's so much to do here at Carlisle Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Thousand Trails is a great location for       that, and if you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cowlitz River. You truly must adore Carlisle Lake. Carlisle Lake is not far at all from Centralia, and after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Ocean Shores, Wa is a glorious place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Cowlitz Timber Trails Assoc is a good place to do that, and Toutle River - North Fork has a delightful                  whitewater paddling spot close by.
