Do pay a visit to Lake Chelan National Recreation Area while you're here at Careys Lake, and get drenched paddling on Nooksack River - South Fork. This site, the Northern Cascade Range, has so much outdoors cool things. Camping at Careys Lake is brilliant fun, Skagit River woods is a brilliant local campground. What a spot this is for outdoors folks.
