Why not stop by Canan Lake if you're passing through these parts. All the water falling down from the sky makes Canan Lake a wet location; through January this area sees the most snow; July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Soda Springs Campground, and on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the Icicle Trail. This lake is so wonderful.

| | things. At Canan Lake you can see Mount Howard, and close by you come across the Miners Creek Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail. Canan Lake is a beautiful lake in the Northern Cascade Range. There's so much to do here at Canan Lake that you need to camp here for a while, White Pine Campground is a fine spot for that, and Dirty Face Lodge is a nice location to get some rest.

the Northern Cascade Range. Float down the rapids of Lake Creek in a kayak; after a long day outdoors Aspen Suites at The Icicle Village Resort is a perfect place to spend a night or two. At Canan Lake throughout the long summer days
highs are in the 60's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's while the cold winter nights at Canan Lake are in the 10's. Get drenched paddling on Nason River; if you're here,
you could check out Cedar Creek.
