If you get bored of Cameron Lake, you could also explore close by Cook Lake; golf can be played at Okanogan Valley Golf Club. At Cameron Lake through the summer months highs are in the 80's. All through the dark hours       of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Cameron Lake. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Cameron Lake has to offer, you can camp at Ponderosa Motor Lodge; a splendid nearby hotel is Rodeway Inn & Suites. Cameron Lake gets very little precipitation; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most snow, and July on the other                  hand is the driest. Cameron Lake really is in the middle of a delightful outdoors paradise. This lake is so wonderful.
