So much amusing stuff in the Northern Cascade Range, just mind-boggling. Good hiking is available along the Pratt Lake Trail; a great close by hotel is Edgewick Inn. So many entertaining things to do at Calligan Lake, so little time. Take a little visit to Big Creek while you're here at Calligan Lake. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Calligan Lake has to offer, you can camp at Gold Bar Nature Trails       Sls Ofc. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Cascade Range. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Calligan Lake; Annette Lake Trail is a good local trail, and get dripping wet paddling on Snoqualmie River - North Fork. Mt Si Motel is a fine spot to get some rest, and the snow is pleasant at Alpental. This lake is so wonderful. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Snoqualmie is close to Calligan Lake. For the period of the warmest time of the                  year, highs commonly are in the 70's at Calligan Lake. For the period of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Calligan Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Soar down the rapids of Snoqualmie River - Middle Fork in a kayak; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always explore close by Lake Hancock. Calligan Lake is a rather wet place usually with a lot of precipitation; all through December this area sees the most rain while July is ordinarily the driest month. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool stuff in the Northern Cascade Range.
