While you're here at Cadet Lake you can take a hike along the Lost Creek Ridge Trail, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Stephens Pass. This lake is so wonderful. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff truly is bountiful here in the Northern Cascade Range. A lake nearby is Goat Lake; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Sauk River - North Fork. If you want a great time       in the great outdoors just come on up to the Northern Cascade Range. The panorama of Sloan Peak from Cadet Lake is wonderful, and on a pleasant day you can take a hike along the Camp Creek Ridge Trail. A good deal of rainfall falls at Cadet Lake; November is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. So many fun things to do here at Cadet Lake, too brilliant to be true. There is a perfect hiking trail next                  to Cadet Lake called the Meadow Mountain Trail; Skyriver Inn is a great place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. A great place to camp here at Cadet Lake is Sloan Creek Campground, and dry warm beds await you at Cascadia Inn. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range. Throughout the days of summer at Cadet Lake temperatures are regularly in the 70's while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and night lows through the winter for Cadet Lake tend to be in the 20's.
