Lake Byrne is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Suncadia Resort is a pleasant location to spend a night or two. Lake Byrne gets a lot of water; November is the month that gets the most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Through the summer here at Lake Byrne, high temperatures frequently reach the 70's with night lows in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are commonly
in the 40's, and overnight lows at Lake Byrne through the winter mostly plunge into the 20's.
Camp Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at; a nice place for whitewater paddling is Downey Creek. Take a hike on the Fire Creek Trail, and a lake nearby is Hardtack Lake. Be careful coming to the Northern Cascade Range, you might not ever wanna go home again. There's so much to do here at Lake Byrne that you need to camp here for a while, Owl Creek Campground

is a fine place for that; the Kennedy Ridge Trail offers hiking at its best.
That right there is plenty of entertaining things already but it goes on, the Northern Cascade Range has it all. Fourteenmile Creek is close to Lake Byrne and is always a delight to check out; the top of Black Mountain is easily distinguished from Lake Byrne. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Sloan Creek Campground is a good spot to do that, and you can hit the slopes at Stephens Pass around here. Any time is a glorious time at Lake Byrne if you go for the outdoors. Lake Byrne is right by the Glacier Ridge Trail; you can run the rapids of Sloan Creek.
This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range.

Stevens has a wide diversity of trails and runs that suits every riding style. From beginner to expert and for those terrain park junkies Stevens has you covered. I think what's special about Stevens is you can find your own little part of the mountain which is all yours, I have 4-5 little runs that cross between trails and off-piste that are all mine. Also the snow is crazy good, powder almost all the time. My favorite runs are Orion, some tree skiing near wall street, and right above the power lines. Stevens also has some pretty sweet out of bounds stuff to so check it out...
