Beautiful Lake Byrne has much to offer visitors. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Sloan Creek, and the summit of Black Mountain can be distinguished from Lake Byrne. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Skyriver Inn; do have a look at Fourteenmile Creek since you're here at Lake Byrne. You just can't imagine the amount of

A nice place to camp here at Lake Byrne is Sloan Creek Campground, and splendid hiking is available along the Glacier Ridge Trail. Yeah, come up here to the Northern Cascade Range for a splendid time. Camping at Owl Creek Campground is always a splendid experience, and you can go for a hike on the Kennedy Ridge Trail. a year November is the one with the most rain; July is when it's the driest. All the outdoors exciting things in the Northern Cascade Range will keep you coming back over and over. What would winter be without some skiing at Stephens
Pass; get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Downey Creek. This lake is so wonderful. There's perfect hiking along the Fire Creek Trail, and lakes are such peaceful places, why not check out Camp Lake. High temperatures
at Lake Byrne all through the warm months are in the 70's; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Lake Byrne fall into the 20's.
