While you're here at Lake Butte you can take a hike along the Laws Trail, and Louis Spring is an inspiring spot to stop at while you're here. So much amusing stuff next to Lake Butte, just amazing. On a great day at Lake Butte you can take a hike along the Bodie Tonata Creek Trail, and the panoramas at Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area will blow your mind. Lake Butte is a good       location to visit for more than one day, Tiffany's Resort is a good location to camp nearby. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lake Butte has to offer, you can camp at Fisherman's Cove Resort. This lake is so wonderful. There is a good hiking trail in the vicinity of Lake Butte called the Empire Drive Trail, and getting to North Fork Trout Creek from Lake Butte is simple. Around Lake Butte you don’t get a lot of rainfall; of all the months in a year                  December is the one with the most snow while October is mostly the driest month. Summertime highs at Lake Butte frequently tend to be in the 80's while night lows are mostly in the 40's.
