     Burke Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Quincy Valley Golf is a pleasant local campground; you'll find a scenic lake called Stan Coffin Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here at Burke Lake and you like golf, you can go to Quincy Golf Club, and lakes are such calm places, why not stop at Quincy Lake. Through the months of summer highs here at Burke Lake get into the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. High temperatures throughout  
   the winter are normally in the 30's while Burke Lake night low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. Dry warm beds await you at Cave B Inn at SageCliffe, and there are some glorious whitewater spots on Sand Hollow Creek.
Any time is a glorious time at Burke Lake if you have a thing about the outdoors. Not much precipitation falls here at Burke Lake; throughout December this area sees the most snow, and July on the other hand is the driest. A magnificent
 
               place to camp here at Burke Lake is Post Road Trailer Court, and if you need a spot to stay Best Western Rama Inn is a delightful choice.
