In Washington there are many beautiful lakes, Bumping Lake is one of them. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Northern Cascade Range. Glide down the rapids of Bumping River in a kayak, also Bumping Lake Dam is worth taking a look at since you're here. Through the months of summer here at Bumping Lake, high temperatures frequently reach the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 40's. High temperatures all through the winter

| | are normally in the 30's while Bumping Lake night low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 20's. Bumping Lake is a wet place that gets a large amount of rain; through January this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is July.
This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Cascade Range. Camping is available at Boat Landing Campground; there's some flowing water nearby, Barton Creek is a stream you can stop by during your stay. | |

And if that's not enough, there's heaps more to do near Bumping Lake. Near Bumping Lake you discover the Richmond Mine Trail which is a splendid hiking trail; the skiing at Crystal Mountain is fine.
This lake is so wonderful.
A fine spot to camp here at Bumping Lake is Bumping Dam Campground; White Pass is a good local ski area. So many entertaining things in the Northern Cascade Range, just astonishing. After a long day outdoors Game Ridge Motel is a
tremendous spot to spend a night or two; there is a splendid hiking trail nearby called the American Ridge Trail. A great close by hotel is Crystal Mountain Hotels, and get drenched paddling on American River.
This lake is so wonderful. The Goose Prairie Trail is a great hiking trail close to Bumping Lake.
