Go to Brook Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Days Inn Federal Way is a glorious site to get some rest; the scenery at Weyerhaeuser Dam is delightful. Summertime at Brook Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Brook Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Brook Lake is a wet place that gets a good deal of rainfall; December is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is July. If you need a site to stay Holiday Inn Express Seattle-Federal Way, Wa is a perfect choice; there's some flowing water close by, West Hylebos Creek is a stream you can pop by during your stay. What a spot this is for outdoors folks. In case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Puyallup River, and River Road RV is a tremendous campground here. Whitewater paddling is wonderful on Duwamish River.
